Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange
  • Most sealed products and gaming accessories can be returned if unopened
  • Review our non-returnable items carefully before purchasing

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unopened, unused, and undamaged)
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of collectible gaming products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, or Sealed Product – Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns due to the randomized nature of collectible card games
  • Singles (Individual Cards) – All sales of individual Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, or other trading cards are final
  • Opened Citadel Paints – For health and safety reasons
  • Digital Products or Downloadable Content
  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Return Process

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team
    • Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
    • Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information
  2. Wait for Authorization
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address
  3. Package Your Item
    • Securely package the item in its original packaging
    • Include all original contents
    • Print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Ship Your Return
    • Ship the package to the address provided
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal value
  • If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If exchanging for a less expensive item, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if necessary.

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (with limited exceptions in parts of Asia and remote locations), international returns follow the same process outlined above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed in US Dollars, and any currency conversion differences or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.
