Once you place your order, our team of fellow gamers springs into action. We carefully prepare your gaming treasures with the same attention we’d give our own collections. Here’s what to expect:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods like new set releases or major sales events, processing may occasionally take an extra day as we ensure every order is packed with care.
Shipping Options
This expedited option uses trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx for reliable, trackable service. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipping. Perfect for when you need those new cards for an upcoming tournament or can’t wait to dive into that new board game.
For orders of $50 or more, enjoy our free shipping option via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipping. This economical choice is great for building your collection without rushing, or when you’re stocking up on multiple items.
Orders under $50 can still select this option for a small fee at checkout.

We’re proud to serve gaming communities across the globe! We ship to most countries worldwide, connecting players from different continents with the gaming products they love.
Please note: We currently cannot ship to certain parts of Asia and some remote locations due to carrier restrictions. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact our support team for possible alternatives.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep, whether it’s containing the latest Magic: The Gathering booster boxes, Disney Lorcana singles, or Citadel Paints for your miniatures.
